1. About us
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reservationtxs.com and any booking made with ReservationTXS ("we", "us", "our") by phone, email or otherwise. ReservationTXS is an independent travel agency that arranges air travel on behalf of customers. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any airline.
2. Our role as your agent
When you book through us, we act as your agent in arranging tickets with airlines and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers"). Your contract of carriage is with the airline that issues your ticket, and that airline's conditions of carriage, fare rules and policies apply to your travel. We are not responsible for a Supplier's acts, omissions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, or failure to provide services.
3. Quotes, prices and service fees
- Fares are quoted based on availability at the time of the call and are not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
- Airline fares and taxes can change at any moment until ticketing. If a price changes before ticketing, we will tell you and ask for your approval before proceeding.
- We may charge a service fee for our booking services. Any service fee is disclosed to you before you pay and forms part of the total price you approve.
- Service fees are generally non-refundable once the ticket has been issued, unless required otherwise by law or we state otherwise in writing.
4. Booking and payment
By providing payment details and authorizing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that all information you give (including passenger names exactly as shown on passports or government ID) is accurate. We may ask for verification of identity or cardholder authorization to prevent fraud. We may decline or cancel any booking where we suspect fraud or cannot verify payment.
5. Your responsibilities
- Check your confirmation and e-ticket immediately and tell us of any error within 24 hours. Name corrections after ticketing may be impossible or incur airline charges.
- Ensure every traveller holds valid passports, visas, health documents and any entry or transit requirements for every country on the itinerary. We are not responsible if travel is refused due to missing or invalid documents.
- Reconfirm flight times with the airline before travel and arrive at the airport within the airline's check-in deadlines.
- Baggage allowances, seat selection, meals and other extras are governed by the airline and may carry additional charges.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the fare rules of your ticket, which we will explain before you book. Many fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Where changes are allowed, airline change fees, fare differences and our service fee may apply. Refunds, where permitted, are processed according to the airline's procedures and timelines; we will pass on any refund we receive from the airline, less any non-refundable fees disclosed to you.
Where applicable law (including U.S. Department of Transportation rules) gives you rights to a refund or to cancel within a specified period, we will honor those rights.
7. Schedule changes and disruptions
Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights. We will try to notify you of changes we receive, but you should also check your booking directly with the airline. Any compensation or rebooking is the responsibility of the airline under its conditions of carriage and applicable law.

9. Call recording
Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, fraud prevention and to confirm the terms you agreed to. By continuing with a call, you consent to this.
10. Website use
Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute an offer of any specific fare. Images are illustrative. Any airline names or trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe services we can book. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Suppliers, events beyond our reasonable control, or your failure to follow these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
